Typical estate pub, but with a nice seperate restaurant. Split into two contrasting rooms, the quieter lounge area leading to the seperate conservatory restaurant and the open plan tap room with sky and snooker table with a distinctly sporting decoration. Reviews

Stans Review
The distinct contrast in decor between the two rooms caters for a variety of tastes. The tap room is bright and open with a range of sporting memorabilia while the lounge is smaller and with dimmer lighting, presumbly an attempt for a more intimate feel. Sadly the single malt collection that in the past adorned the top shelf is now sorely missing. Overall, a nice enough pub, possibly more for the locals than an intentional diversion on a pub crawl, but maybe worth a visit for food.
