The Jolly Farmer was born in the late nineties from the Gorsey Brigg and retains much of the artificial rustic character it was given then. Different levels and alcoves give this large pub a fairly intimate feel. Reviews

What was once-upon-a-time a grotty estate pub has managed to reinvent itself and maintain the change since its refit around a decade ago. The pub provides an ever changing supply of guest ale to complement its well kept house bitters and a range of bottled beers. A good beer drinkers pub with plenty else on offer and a popular menu. The interior is nice and clean with a good traditional feel, if not authentic, then still atmospheric. Top beer always brings us back to this great place even though it's not in easy reach of our regular crawl.
